What are the price changes for 2020?
Each year in April, we adjust service(s), as detailed in terms, in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) – a widely recognised industry guide on whether to adjust prices and by how much.
The RPI figure published in February 2020 by the Office for National Statistics is 2.7%. The changes we make to our pricing this year will take effect from 1 April 2020.
Further detail on the price changes can be viewed by visiting https://daisycomms.co.uk/price-information/
What does this mean?
Any bills received after 1 April 2020 will show a 2.7% increase in the monthly price of service(s). For example, if you are currently paying £30.00 per month for a service, the increase of 2.7% will mean your new monthly cost will be £30.81 per month.
Our pricing for all maintenance services will increase by 10%. For example, if you’re on a £30.00 (Exc. VAT) per month contract, the increase of 10% will mean your new monthly cost for your maintenance service will be £33.00 (Exc. VAT) per month.
The changes do not include any adjustments to pricing for our Daisy Hosted Voice service.
Your new pricing will be reflected in any bills you receive after 31 March 2020 and can be viewed in the usual way by logging into your Daisy MyAccount portal.
Why are you increasing prices?
Every March, as detailed in our terms, we increase monthly price plans in line with RPI, as do most communications providers within the industry.
We appreciate price increases are never welcome, but the changes reflect increasing operating costs and our commitment to providing you with the best possible service.
We want to thank you for your continued business.
